A Three-Month Program for Goal-Oriented Athletes
This training group offers a clear and effective training plan leading up to the Hyrox Helsinki competition (Dec. 18) or simply toward better fitness.
Structure of the training:
- A total of 8 guided group training sessions – The sessions will focus on the key components of Hyrox: running, power output, endurance, and technique. Training sessions will be held on Thursdays starting September 24, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.
- Initial interview (approx. 30 min) – A personalized weekly program is created based on the participant’s goals and starting level
- 2 months of guided training – Group workouts on Thursdays starting September 24 and personalized training programs
- 1 month of independent training with coaching support – Training continues according to the planned program, but the coach’s support continues until the competition
