In this small-group coaching program consisting of four sessions, you’ll gain a comprehensive toolkit for improving your running training. We’ll fine-tune the fundamentals of your running through professional and personalized guidance. We effectively combine physical conditioning that supports your sport with technique and speed training.

Training Content (4 sessions):

– Gym Training (2 sessions): We’ll focus on supplementary training that’s essential for runners. You’ll learn proper strength and mobility exercises that directly improve your running speed, power output, and efficiency, as well as help prevent overuse injuries. You’ll get specific exercises and techniques to incorporate directly into your own training program.

– Running Training (2 sessions): We’ll put the skills we’ve built in the gym into practice. We’ll refine our running form and technique. In addition, we’ll review and perform various types of training exercises designed to improve performance, such as speed endurance, tempo variation, and speed drills.

This coaching program is ideal for goal-oriented enthusiasts who want to understand the importance of a holistic training approach. Thanks to the small group size, every participant receives high-quality, personalized feedback. Upon completing the training, you’ll have access to a comprehensive and practical toolkit that will enable you to continue systematically developing your strength, speed, and efficiency on your own.

Four sessions each week starting August 14, from 5:10 p.m. to 6:10 p.m. The cost of the training is 119€.

The group is coached by Jaakko Hautala, a physical therapist and personal trainer.
