Have you noticed that you’re still doing most of your workouts on machines? Would you like to try free weights—for example, bench presses or squats—but aren’t sure how to go about it? This 4-week small-group class is designed for you if you want to learn how to use free weights safely and with proper form.
The training includes:
- Group technique practice sessions on Wednesdays, starting September 2, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- Exercises such as the bench press, squat, and deadlift.
- A progressive training program and personalized guidance.
- Support from the coach and the group throughout the entire training program
- Duration of the training: 1 month
- The training program progresses in stages, moving from machines to free weights. Each session focuses on one key movement pattern and the correct way to perform it.
- The group is coached by personal trainer Rami Rinne.
