This 4-week program focuses on strengthening the glutes, legs, and core, without neglecting the upper body muscles. The workouts are done at the gym using machines and free weights. Group workouts are held once a week on Mondays, for a total of 4 sessions, starting August 31, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. You’ll also receive your own personalized workout plan that you can follow at your own pace throughout the weeks. The sessions are primarily conducted in English.
The program materials and the app interface are in Finnish.
