Our wide selection of classes includes a variety of heart-pumping cardio sessions, strength-building workouts, and classes designed to care for and restore your body. Class durations range from 30 to 75 minutes, so you can easily fit your workout into your day or even combine several classes in a row.
Functional training

In our functional training area, you can train in a varied and effective way. Here you’ll find a comprehensive selection of small equipment and open space for training, so you can design a workout that’s perfectly tailored to your goals. Functional training develops the whole body, challenges your muscle strength, balance, and body control, and adds variety to your workout. In the space, you can do high-intensity circuit training, mobility workouts, and strength-building exercises at your own pace.
