The small group combines:

– endurance training

In a small group, you’ll get:
– A 1- or 2-part workout program
– Two combination workouts that combine strength and endurance training
– A HIIT workout you can fit into even the busiest day
– A coach’s support and guidance for your workouts and programs
Small group classes are ideal for those who already have some experience with gym workouts. You’ll receive support, technical guidance, and tips from the trainer
