BODYSTEP® is an athletic and fun step class with a small separate choreography for each song. The workout features heart rate-boosting drills, active recovery portions, and muscle strength exercises focusing on your lower body muscles. During the class, you get to do various types of steps onto a step board, several different combined exercises, and core-strengthening portions. You can adjust the board’s height yourself.
