Can I suspend my EasyFit membership?
If necessary, an EasyFit membership can be suspended for health reasons by notifying EasyFit’s customer service of this via email or otherwise in writing. Remember to attach a medical certificate from a doctor or other healthcare professional detailing the suspension’s reason and duration.
Suspending a membership means that your membership is temporarily put on hold for at least one (1) and at most twelve (12) months. During the suspension, you’re not entitled to use EasyFit’s centres and you don’t need to pay service fees. The membership and service fees will resume normally after the suspension period.
How can I become an EasyFit member?
You can purchase an EasyFit membership easily on our webpage by clicking the ‘Buy a Membership’ button. You can choose between a One-Time Visit, Online Membership or Monthly Membership (Basic / Plus / Premium).
One-Time Visit: After you’ve paid for the One-Time Visit in our online store, you will receive a text message containing a one-time access code to the centre. You can use the access code at any time within the EasyFit centre’s operating hours.
Online Membership: You can pay the service fee for the Online Membership’s first month in our online store or at your EasyFit gym. After payment, Online Services will instantly become available to you via your customer account. The membership is valid until further notice with thirty (30) days’ notice. After this, the monthly fees can be handled conveniently as e-payments. You only need to order the e-invoice once. You may choose automatic payments, which means that the payments will be charged from your account on their due date. You will receive instructions for e-payments via email.
Monthly Membership (Basic / Plus / Premium): You can pay for the Monthly Membership’s start-up fee and the first month’s service fee in our online store. After this, you can collect your personal Wellness Key from your chosen EasyFit centre’s customer service desk within its office hours and immediately begin training. If your chosen Monthly Membership includes Online Services, these will instantly become available to you via your customer account after payment. The membership is valid until further notice with thirty (30) days’ notice. After this, the monthly fees can be handled conveniently as e-payments. You only need to order the e-invoice once. You may choose automatic payments, which means that the payments will be charged from your account on their due date. You will receive instructions for e-payments via email.

Can I visit an EasyFit gym before making a decision?
You can visit an EasyFit gym and explore its services for free one (1) time. Fill in the One-Time Visit form in advance on our webpage via the ‘Try for free’ button. You will receive an order confirmation after sending the form. After this, you can visit an EasyFit centre within the customer service desk’s office hours. EasyFit’s basic services are at your disposal during this free One-Time Visit.
What is an EasyFit membership’s age limit?
The minimum age for an EasyFit member is fifteen (15) years. A guardian’s consent is always required for children under eighteen (18) years of age because an underaged child’s membership is always primarily the guardian’s responsibility. As a result, the guardian is also principally responsible for all membership payments.
How do I terminate my membership?
You can terminate a Monthly Membership that is valid until further notice via your customer account on our webpage. Log in to your customer account on our webpage by clicking the ‘Login’ button. Your login ID is the email address that you used to create your membership. You can order your password from the link on the login page. Monthly Memberships have a thirty-day (30) notice period. You must pay any service fees due within the notice period, whereafter you shall have the right to use your centre until the end of the period for which you have paid.
You must return EasyFit’s Wellness Key to the centre’s customer service desk by the end date of your right to use the centre. We charge 29,90 € (+ 5 € invoicing charge) for an unreturned or unusable EasyFit Wellness Key.
How do I get a Wellness Key?
You can pick up your own personal Wellness Key from EasyFit’s customer service desk within its office hours.
How does the Wellness Key work?
The Wellness Key gives you access to EasyFit’s gym within its operating hours. Show your Wellness Key to the door control terminal and wait for a green light to come on and the door/gate to open. Remember also to you use your Wellness Key to check in to the gym, a group exercise class or other service that you intend to use during your visit via a touchscreen at the customer service desk. You can also use the key to lock your locker during your workout.
The key functions as an identifier of your right to use the EasyFit centre and must be presented to EasyFit’s staff upon request. The Wellness Key is personal and may not be handed over to another person. You will be charged a penalty fee of 250 € if you hand over your Wellness Key to another person without permission or allow another person access to an EasyFit centre with your own key.
What happens if I lose or break my Wellness Key?
You must immediately inform EasyFit’s staff if you lose or break your Wellness Key. The customer must repurchase a new Wellness Key at EasyFit’s customer service desk to replace the old one if it is lost. The key costs 29,90 €.
The customer is responsible for the careful storage of his or her Wellness Key. If the key breaks or becomes damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the customer must repurchase a new key at EasyFit’s customer service desk to replace the broken or damaged one.

Do I have to return the Wellness Key if I terminate or suspend my membership?
Termination: The Wellness Key must be returned to EasyFit’s customer service by the end date of the customer’s right to use the centre. We charge 29,90 € (+ 5 € invoicing charge) for an unreturned or unusable EasyFit Wellness Key.
Suspension: You don’t need to return the Wellness Key if the membership is temporarily suspended. The Wellness Key will not function during the suspension, and it will automatically become activated at the suspension’s end date.
Do I have to pay extra for personal training services?
EasyFit’s membership includes a free training consultation session with a personal trainer. It’s easy to book your training consultation on our webpage by clicking the ‘Book a training consultation’ button. The consultation’s duration is 45 minutes, during which we will focus on your starting point and fitness goals. You will receive a personal exercise plan that you can start following either independently or in cooperation with the personal trainer. In addition, we organize weekly free-of-charge equipment guidance sessions at EasyFit for our customers. Ask more about our free equipment guidance sessions from you centre’s customer service. Other personal training services carry an extra charge. You can buy personal training services in our online store by clicking the ‘Buy Coaching’ button or by directly contacting EasyFit’s personal trainers. Do I need an EasyFit membership to buy personal training services?
Our personal training services are not limited to EasyFit’s customers – they are available for everyone. Easyfit’s personal trainer lets you in to the EasyFit gym and gives you an access key for the duration of the personal training session. You can buy our personal training services in our online store by clicking the ‘Buy Coaching’ button.
Can I bring my own personal trainer to an EasyFit gym to work out with me?
EasyFit’s personal trainers always have a valid cooperation contract with EasyFit. They have been specifically selected via an application process and briefed on EasyFit’s operations. Therefore, external personal trainers cannot freely use EasyFit’s facilities to practice their profession.
An external personal trainer practicing his or her profession in EasyFit’s facilities without a valid cooperation contract with EasyFit will be charged a penalty fee of 250 €.
Are EasyFit’s personal trainers properly trained and is it safe to work out with them?
In addition to proper training (Europe Active, EQF Level 4), EasyFit’s personal trainers also have the readiness to provide safe and productive personal training services that aim at sustainable change for individuals and small groups.

What’s the difference between individual and small-group coaching?
The content of individual coaching is always customized purely on the basis of your starting point and goals. During coaching sessions, EasyFit’s personal trainer focuses only on your coaching. You can also decide the session dates. Individual coaching is more expensive than small-group coaching. Read more about our individual coaching services here.
Small-group coaching is organized once a week for groups of 6–8 persons, centered around a common coaching theme. All participants also receive personal coaching during these sessions, although in a more limited manner than in individual coaching. The session dates in small-group coaching are predetermined. Small-group coaching is less expensive than individual coaching. Read more about our small-group coaching services here.
In addition, by participating in individual or small-group coaching you will also receive nutritional and exercise recommendations for your free time and independent training.

Why did I get a paper invoice for the monthly membership’s service fee?
The e-invoice was possibly ordered too late from the banking system. If this happens, the customer receives a paper invoice. We charge an invoicing charge of five (5) euros for paper invoices. An e-invoice should always be made within seven (7) days of the Monthly Membership’s purchase date so that it can be logged into the bank’s system for the following month’s invoice.
How can I pay for my EasyFit membership fees?
One-Time Visit: A One-Time Visit must be paid in advance as an online payment in our online store.
Monthly Membership: In a Monthly Membership, the start-up fee and the first month’s service fee must be paid in advance either as an online payment in our online store or by paying at the gym. You can use a debit/credit card or exercise vouchers to pay for these fees at the gym.
A Monthly Membership’s future service fees will be invoiced with an e-invoice. The customer must make an e-invoice service agreement regarding the service fees. The customer is responsible for making this e-invoice service agreement with his or her online bank.
A Monthly Membership’s service fee is charged from the customer’s account once a month. If an e-invoice for a service fee cannot be automatically charged from the customer’s account, the customer will be sent a paper invoice with an added invoicing charge (5 €).
How do I activate an e-invoice subscription?
You can access your e-invoice subscription by ordering a new e-invoice from your online bank and choosing your EasyFit gym as the creditor. Your customer number will function as the invoice’s identifier. You can find your customer number from your customer account and from the confirmation message that was sent to your email address. Log in here to your customer account. If you have already received a paper invoice, you can find your customer number on the invoice above your name.
After ordering an e-invoice, you will receive a monthly invoice to your online bank to the E-Invoices tab, awaiting your approval. You may choose automatic payments, which means that the payments will be charged directly from your account on their due date. Please remember to make an e-invoice service agreement with your online bank within seven (7) days of the purchase of the Monthly Membership, so that the agreement is valid immediately as of the following month’s invoice.
Can I pay with vouchers?
You can pay your monthly fee with various vouchers, for instance Smartum, Sporttipassi/ePassi, Eazybreak and Tyky-Online payment as well as Smartum Exercise/Culture vouchers, Virikeseteli vouchers and Tyky vouchers. Please note that the first month’s service fee and the start-up fee must always be paid in our online store or as a debit/credit card payment at the gym – you cannot use vouchers in these cases.
When paying with vouchers, the vouchers or electronic balance must be delivered four (4) weeks before the next payment’s due date so that we receive the balance in good time before processing the invoice. If the invoice is sent before the processing of the vouchers/balance, reimbursement is postponed to the following month’s invoicing. You can deliver exercise vouchers to EasyFit’s customer service desk within its office hours. All vouchers must contain your name written in legible handwriting.
Please note that all vouchers or exercise balance transferred to EasyFit will not be returned. For more information on the use of vouchers, please visit the voucher providers’ own webpages.
What are the operating hours of EasyFit gyms?
EasyFit gyms are open every day of the year from 04:00–24:00 or 05:00–23:00, depending on the location. You can access the gym with a personal Wellness Key (Monthly Membership) or access code (One-Time Visit). The office hours of EasyFit’s customer service vary from location to location. You can contact your centre’s customer service via email outside its office hours. You can check your EasyFit centre’s contact info, operating hours and customer service’s office hours from you centre’s webpage.
Do EasyFit gyms have staff on site?
EasyFit gyms are entrepreneur-driven gyms, meaning that each gym has its own local owner. An EasyFit gym’s staff consists of a gym manager, customer service staff, personal trainers and group exercise instructors. The staff is present during times advertised by the location and separately on demand.

Do EasyFit gyms have locker rooms and lockers for clothes?
All EasyFit gyms have high-quality locker rooms separate for men and women, with lockable lockers for the customers to use during their workouts.
These lockers function with an EasyFit Wellness Key.
Do EasyFit gyms have showers and saunas?
All EasyFit gyms have several showers in connection to the locker rooms. Some EasyFit gyms also have infrared saunas or traditional saunas. For more information on your EasyFit gym’s features, visit the ‘Services’ tab on our webpage.
Do EasyFit gyms offer group exercise classes?
EasyFit gyms offer live and virtual group exercise classes. Our live group exercise classes are included in our ‘One-Time’, ‘Plus’ and ‘Premium’ Memberships. Virtual group exercise classes are included in all of our memberships.

How often are EasyFit gyms cleaned?
All EasyFit gyms are cleaned several times a week. We want to invest in our locations’ cleanliness and comfort. If you discover room for improvement in your EasyFit gym’s cleanliness, please contact the gym’s customer service so that we can remedy the situation.
