Pienryhmävalmennukset

EasyFitin pienryhmävalmennuksissa yhdistyy Personal trainingin ja ryhmäliikunnan parhaat puolet. Pienryhmävalmennuksia on tarjolla erilaisiin tavoitteisiin ja ryhmiin otetaan mukaan 4-12 henkilöä valmennuksen teemasta riippuen.

Pienryhmävalmennuksessa tapaat oman ryhmän ja valmentajan kanssa viikoittain. Tapaamisilla treenataan yhdessä ja opitaan lisää valmennuksen teemaan liittyvistä asioista. Alkavista pienryhmistä valmennuksista ilmoitetaan EasyFitin verkkosivuilla, sosiaalisessa mediassa ja keskuksen ilmoitustaululla.

Alpha strength is a 12-week powerlifting-focused class aimed at improving your 1RM in squat, bench press, and deadlift, while also building muscle and refining your technique. The focus is on lifting safely, efficiently, and in a way that suits your body.

You’ll track your progress with pre- and post-testing, so the results are clear and measurable.

What’s included:

· 1 coached group powerlifting session per week

· 2 independent strength sessions with structured progression

· Technique coaching for squat, bench & deadlift

· Strength testing before and after the program
