LES MILLS GRIT® Strength is a 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. This workout uses barbells and barbell plates, and some of the exercises are performed with your own bodyweight. There are plenty of jumps, although it’s possible to complete the workout without them. We alternate between heart rate-raising intervals and recovery. There is no choreography, and the exercises are performed at your own pace within the time limit given by the instructor. Not recommended for pregnant women.
