LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that uses an indoor bike as a tool to maximize efficiency and results. It’s a short and intense workout that motivates you to push your physical and mental limits. The workout is divided into portions or intervals where the aim is to exercise at maximum intensity, after which you get a short time for recovery before the next interval.
