PUMPPI is a fast-paced workout that especially improves muscular endurance with the help of bars, barbell plates, step boards and sometimes even kettlebells. The workout includes a warm-up with simple steps and basic technique exercises. The program itself does not contain step sequences, meaning that it’s suitable for everyone – even men! You can choose the weights based on your own fitness level.
